There are no hidden terms or sneaky fees; we just want to make shopping with us as easy as can be.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver currently only in Delhi NCR.
The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. We offer convenient shipping rates.
a. Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when your order is placed. The products bought on Heaven of Comfort will be delivered to one address.
Items will normally ship within 7-10 business days of receipt of your order.

Taking into consideration both the product dispatch times and the estimated shipping time:
b. You can expect your order to arrive within 7-14 working days for delivery.
c. We require you or someone acting on your behalf to be present at the delivery address specified in the Order during regular business hours - Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
d. Large items require extra handling and may take longer to transport.
e. Items may be delivered to you individually and/or separately by different couriers and transport agencies.
For large items, the courier may attempt to contact you to arrange a delivery time using the contact details provided by you.
Please kindly contact our customer service for more information if you need an item to be delivered to a remote area to ensure your order is processed successfully.
Tracking your order
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched from our warehouse. To track the progress of your delivery you will be receiving regular updates via mail and Whatsapp.
Heaven of Comfort does everything in its power to speed up the delivery process. However, as some of our product range is custom made, it may take a week to dispatch. For heavy or bulky products we use local packers and movers, hence we cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party, contracted to make delivery, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event or an Act of God. In the event where you do not receive your package, an investigation will be conducted by the carrier and may take several days upon receipt of your claim. During this period of investigation, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place.
Return & Cancellation
Heaven of Comfort is so confident in the products we sell, we do not offer any return policy or cancellation policy on items purchased.
Any order will only be returned in case of a Manufacturing ng defect which will be ensured while at the time of delivery.
Guarantee
Everything we build reflects our pride, attention to production detail, insistence on the highest quality materials, packaging that sets a higher industry standard and commitment to customer satisfaction. Hence we offer a 1 -year warranty on our sofas and a 5-year warranty on beds. If you need something we’re here to help. Parts will be on their way in a hurry and at absolutely no cost.
We cover any issue related to structure and form. Any damage caused to fabric by you will not be our guarantee.
Custom Made Items - Refund Policy
Whilst Heaven of Comfort does provide custom services to accommodate its customers, we do not offer refunds for those custom items if it was due to a change of mind. Therefore, it is crucial that the buyer ensures that all custom ordered items are what they are after.
Faulty Items returns
Please inspect the goods immediately upon their arrival and give notice to the delivery agent. If the goods are not in accordance with specified requirements and If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown, our team will fix the problem as soon as possible.
Any issues will not be considered after final delivery so it is crucial to ensure the product quality at the time of delivery.
Additional delivery charges
Heaven of Comfort strives to provide you with the cheapest delivery prices available.
Each product is individually measured and calculated by our courier; therefore, additional delivery charges may be required for your purchase depending on your location. These charges are requested by the delivery companies, not us, as these costs reflect the actual cost the courier will charge to send the item from our warehouse to your location.
